These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Devaffairs's consulting services and digital platforms. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Devaffairs provides technical consulting, software architecture, and AI implementation services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for the Client under an SOW shall be the property of the Client. Devaffairs retains all rights to its background intellectual property, pre-existing frameworks, tools, and methodologies used to create the deliverables.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. Standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) generally supersede these terms regarding specific confidential information handling.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devaffairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to Devaffairs in the six months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
